Reservation of Items: Adding items to your online shopping basket does not reserve them. Other customers browsing the store simultaneously can also purchase the same items. Sales are confirmed only when the order dispatches from the warehouse and payment is successfully processed.

In the case where the value of an order is less than the value of the voucher, any remaining balance of the gift voucher will not be refunded or credited. It's important to utilize the full value of the gift voucher at the time of purchase. Shipping

Warehouse Location: All orders are shipped from Axiomcc's warehouse in THAILAND.

Delivery Times: Delivery times will vary depending on the destination country. Please note that for overseas orders, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. It is important to be aware of your country's taxation rates, and you can contact your local customs office for more information.

Refusal of Payment: If the buyer refuses to pay the import duties, taxes, and charges and the package is returned, the order will be refunded, subject to a 30% restocking fee and the cost of shipping.

Shipping Process: Axiomcc strives to communicate with shipping vendors to track items and ensure timely delivery. As a small business, please allow 1-2 business days between placing your order and shipping. If you place an order on the weekend, an extra day may be required.

International Shipping: All international orders will be shipped via DHL and will be subject to DHL rates. Free shipping is available for orders over $300AU.

Processing Time: Once we receive your parcel, the repair process can take up to 2 weeks to complete. If you purchased your item from one of our authorized distributors, please contact them directly for repair assistance. In such cases, please allow an additional week for the repair process.
